Hi, I'm Frances! I'm here to help connect you to one of our excellent therapists and to help that process go as smoothly as possible! I work to create a warm and welcoming first step in your therapy process. In 2021, I graduated from Texas Tech University with degrees in Vocal Performance and Human Development Family Sciences. I'm currently a student at Texas State University studying professional counseling. As a student, I am learning about the importance of connecting your mind and body through the therapeutic process, and our clinicians all do a fantastic job of doing just that!
It's important to me to have some time to step away from the realities of life. So, outside of work and school, you can find me sipping on coffee, enjoying the nice weather, hiking, reading, or snuggling on the couch watching Cocomelon with my little nephew!
For me, having a designated time to talk to a trusted person who can give an objective perspective is crucial and has helped me grow in so many ways. I feel so lucky to be a small part of that process for you.
