Professional
My professional goal is always to meet you exactly where you are. My style is laid-back, yet tailored to what you need in the moment. I enjoy diving deep into struggles but also leave space to celebrate the growth and joy that comes with the work.

As a neurodivergent person myself, I have a deep understanding and compassion for those navigating the complexities of neurodiversity. My experience working with both neurotypical and neurodivergent individuals of all ages ensures that our work together will be based on who you are, not a “one-size-fits-all” approach. We’ll focus on what matters most to you and work together to get you where you want to be. This could mean exploring attachment styles, processing trauma through Internal Family Systems (IFS) work, or reconnecting with yourself through somatic breathwork. Our work will be collaborative, individualized, and specific to your needs.

Personal
I was born and raised here in Austin, Texas, and after more than a decade away, I’ve found my way back home. During my time away, I discovered my path to becoming a therapist. Like many, I tried many other methods to heal my own pain, but therapy was the one thing that created lasting, positive change. I truly believe in the power of showing up to a session and being willing to share. It’s an honor to walk with you on your journey!

When I’m not in the office, you can find me walking the Town Lake Trail, debating whether the Trader Joe’s flowers are worth it that week, binge-watching British crime series, searching Facebook Marketplace for antique furniture, or reading novels.
