We’re building a community at Carlisle Collective. This isn’t a traditional group practice, with an unfair fee split, minimal support, and burnt-out therapists. We want to teach you the most effective marketing practices so that you can fill your caseload with as many ideal clients as you want; this frees up your heart and mind to create truly creative practices, whether it’s running groups, organizing events, or taking your clients outdoors in a novel approach to traditional talk therapy. And we want to truly support this creativity by providing paid time off, health care benefits, and ample growth opportunities.
