I’m for you if: you are open to exploring healing through the language and wisdom of the body. The foundation of our day-to-day experiences are the sensations, feelings, and emotions that arise and reside in the body. They shade our world for better or worse. Consistent struggles with depression, anxiety, emotional distress, overwhelm, and relationship issues are often connected to deeper, core experiences. By bringing awareness to the bodily felt sense we can access our deepest wounds and deepest desires. Then using the mind-body connection we can work holistically to resolve stuckness, pain, emotional distress, trauma, and relational challenges at the root level while building self-trust and self-compassion. My values as a therapist are authenticity, non-judgment, and compassion and I anchor into these in our work together. It is very important to me that you feel safe, heard, and empowered.

About Lilly

Personal: Hi, I’m Lilly. I’m first and foremost a human who has experienced my share of painful life experiences, complex trauma, and chronic health challenges. I know what it’s like to feel stuck in patterns and in pain that you can’t seem to find a way out of. I spent many years in traditional talk therapy trying to think my way out of my problems with minimal success. In the midst of my own journey to unravel the past and find a more peaceful existence, I found the realm of somatic psychotherapy. Integrating the body and nervous system in my healing work was profound and life-changing. I was so moved by my experience that I decided to leave my career in business to study mind-body healing. I am now passionately pursuing that path and excited to work with others.

Professional: I’m currently pursuing a clinical mental health counseling degree at Naropa University in the mindfulness-based transpersonal counseling program. This program is one of a handful of professional counseling programs in the country to offer a deeply holistic training alongside traditional counseling curriculum. I’m also trained in integrative somatic trauma therapy.
